How To Consign

Terms of Contract

Items are accepted each day we are open, up until one hour before we close. 
All clothing must be in current/ready to sell conditon & come neatly folded in a basket (no hangers) 
All other items must be clean and in ready to sell condition. Items in trash bags will NOT be accepted.   Any items we do not accept for consignment will be returned to you at intake time.

Once the item(s) sell, you will receive 40% of the selling price
Items are kept on the sales floor for a minimum of 60 days (excluding holiday items), markdowns & sales at owners discretion. After 30 days, the items will be reduced by 50%. 

At the end of the expiration month if you have not picked up your items they become property of Twice Is Nice. You are responsible for pulling own items if you so wish to.

You may use your money as store credit at any time. You may take a payout on the 15th of each month. If you wist for a check to be mailed to you, you must call on the 15th and request it. We do deduct $1.50 for processing fees. If the 15th falls on a Sunday, payouts will be offered on the 16th.

Twice Is Nice will determine the selling price.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items
Amanda, the owner, has the final say on any items accepted by staff


If after you leave the store and the owner deems an item unsellable the item will automatically be donated.

 LUXURY ITEMS - if you pull a luxury designer item BEFORE 60 days, a $30 authentication fee will be placed. Fee must be paid before the item can be pulled.
